Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oleo - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- processed cheese spread - 8 oz
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Saut?© onion in 4 tablespoons oleo until soft. Stir in flour and water. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Blend in cheese. Combine sauce and broccoli; add eggs. Mix gently until blended; turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with remaining oleo. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
