Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- cold water - 1 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- butter or oleo - 3 Tbsp
- canola oil - 1 item
How to make breakfast scones:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Work in butter with fingers. Add eggs and enough cold water to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board and pat out, keeping sheet 1-inch thick. Cut into rounds or squares. Fold over double and brushRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Scones.
