Ingredients/Components
- baked ready made pie crust - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- milk
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dash of ground nutmeg - 1 item
- chopped ham - 3/4 c
- shredded cheese
- flour - 1 Tbsp
How to make breakfast quiche:
In a bowl, stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in ham. Toss together cheese and flour. Add to egg mixture. Pour mixture into hot pastry shell. Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
