Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- eggs, beaten well - 6 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 c
- cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls - 2 item
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 1
How to make breakfast pizza:
Grease a large pizza pan or sheet cake pan. Pat out rolls onto pan. Sprinkle with potatoes and sausage. Add salt and pepper to eggs. Pour eggs over potatoes and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
