Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Jack cheese - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
In a skillet cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and onion. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
