Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
  • shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Jack cheese - 1 c

How to make breakfast pizza:

In a skillet cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and onion. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
