- frozen hash browns - 3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- eggs - 12 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Use a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Layer hash browns, sausage, cheese, pepper and onions. Combine eggs and milk, beating well. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over layers.
