  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • croutons - 3/4 c
  • cans spinach, drained and chopped - 3 item

How to make spinach bake:

Place chopped spinach in 2-quart casserole dish. In bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Pour over spinach. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is hot.
