Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices bread - 6 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Tear up bread slices, crusts removed and place in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Brown and drain sausage (drain off fat). Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
