Ingredients/Components
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- milk - 1 c
- eggs - 1 doz
- box seasoned croutons - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
The Night Before: Pour croutons in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle over croutons. Beat eggs and 1 cup of the milk together. Pour over croutons and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese to cover and refrigerate overnight.Next Morning: Pour 1/3 cup of milk on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
