Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- slices bread bite size pieces - 6 item
- mild sausage or bacon - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown sausage or bacon, cool. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard. Beat again. Add cheese and sausage or bacon. Stir and put in 1 quart greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown around edges. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
