- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- chopped ham - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- small onion, diced - 1/2 item
- frozen French fries - 2 c
- chopped yellow pepper optional - 1 item
How to make breakfast:
In a skillet heat oil, add French fries and cook until done. Cover while cooking. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add onion, pepper and cheese. Add ham to French fries in skillet. When fries are done, stir around for about 1 minute. Spread out fries and ham around in skillet. Now pour in egg mixture. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes. Fold over with spatula to other side. Cook a little. Turn off heat. Cook this over medium heat. Don't burn your eggs. Serve.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Breakfast, For 1 or 2.
