Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- raisins - 2 c
- whole milk - 3 c
- loaf bread - 1 item
How to make bread pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add raisins, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Mix well until texture becomes a batter. (Can add more milk if necessary.) Add vanilla flavoring. Melt 1 stick margarine in a large square pan. Pour margarine into mixture. Mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 375° for about 1 1/2 hours or until bread pudding is a golden brown.
