  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • cinnamon or nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • bread pieces - 4 c
  • scalded milk with 1/4 c - 2 c

How to make bread pudding:

Bake in moderate oven (350°) until done (about 30 to 40 minutes).

Left over pancakes or biscuits can be used in place of bread.

Elegant served with warm maple syrup.
