Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- cinnamon or nutmeg - 1 tsp
- bread pieces - 4 c
- scalded milk with 1/4 c - 2 c
How to make bread pudding:
Bake in moderate oven (350°) until done (about 30 to 40 minutes).Left over pancakes or biscuits can be used in place of bread.
Elegant served with warm maple syrup.
