Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- brandy - 1/4 c
- crushed vanilla wafers
How to make brandy balls:
Mix in order listed. Roll into 1-inch balls; store in airtight container. These are best if allowed to ripen and mellow for a couple of days before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, No Cook.
