Ingredients/Components

  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • finely chopped pecans - 1 c
  • brandy - 1/4 c
  • crushed vanilla wafers

How to make brandy balls:

Mix in order listed. Roll into 1-inch balls; store in airtight container. These are best if allowed to ripen and mellow for a couple of days before serving.
