Ingredients/Components
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- 6 oz - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- brandy - 1/4 c
- vanilla wafers, crushed
- pecans, finely chopped, divided
How to make brandy balls:
In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate pieces and milk. Cook and stir until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Add wafers, 1/2 cup pecans, powdered sugar and brandy. Stir well. Cover. Chill for 1 hour. Form mixture into 3/4-inch balls and roll in remaining pecans. Store in refrigerator for as long as one month. Makes about 60 balls.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, No Cook.
