Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 4 tsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- shortening - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- honey - 1 1
- Bran Buds - 2 c
- all-bran - 4 c
How to make bran muffins:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add flour, soda, salt, eggs, cinnamon and buttermilk. Bake at 350° until done. Can refrigerate dough up to 3 weeks and make them fresh occasionally.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
