Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- self-rising flour - 5 c
- box Raisin Bran cereal - 1 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Mix the other ingredients and add to the first 3 items, alternating with buttermilk. Last, add Raisin Bran cereal. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.Can be refrigerated and used as needed. Lasts 6 weeks.
