Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour add 1 tsp - 2 c
How to make bojangles biscuits:
Melt margarine. Add milk. Then baking powder and sugar. finally, add flour until no longer too sticky. Shape into 12 biscuits. May use another cup of flour. Bake at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
