Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- blueberries
How to make blueberry muffins:
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients; add alternately to creamed mixture with milk and vanilla. Crush 1/2 cup blueberries and add to batter. Fold in remaining 2 cups blueberrRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
