Maple cream coffee treat
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts coarse - 1/2 3/4
- maple syrup - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- softened butter - 2 Tbsp
- cans Hungry Jack refrigerator biscuits - 2 oz
How to make maple cream coffee treat:
Heat oven to 350°. In ungreased 9 x 13 pan, combine brown sugar, nuts, syrup and melted butter. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons margarine until smooth. Separate biscuits and press each into 4-inch circles. Spoon 1 tablespoon cream cheese in center and fold over forming finger shaped rolls. Place in pan seam side down on top of syrup mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool 3 minutes. Invert over serving platter. Be careful. Syrup mixture will be hot!
