Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- blue berries fresh or frozen - 1 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix egg, oil and milk and add to dry mixture, stirring only to moisten. Fold in the blueberries. Makes 12 regular size muffins. Bake at 400° in greased tins or paper lined for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
