  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • container Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • nuts, chopped fine - 1 c
  • Add flour and nuts
  • Add sugar and mix well

How to make blueberry delight:

Melt butter. Add flour and nuts. Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° until brown.Icing:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. lemon juice Cream the cream cheese and margarine. Add sugar and mix well. Add the Cool Whip and lemon juice. Put on cooled crust. Let set in refrigerator until firm.Filling:4 c. blueberries1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. cornstarch9 oz. container Cool Whip Cook over low heat the first 3 ingredients until thick. Set aside to cool. When cool, pour over icing. Top with the 9 ounce container Cool Whip. You can put Cool Whip, then top with berries.
