  • sugar - 1/4 c

  • flour - 3 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine or butter
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • bananas - 1 item
  • oranges - 1 item
  • apples - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O - 1 Tbsp
  • kiwi - 1 item
  • peaches - 1 item
  • sliced pineapple - 1 item
  • pineapple juice or other fruit juice
  • Desired Fruit: blueberries

How to make fruit pizza:

Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice Glaze:1 1/2 c. pineapple juice or other fruit juice2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O Desired Fruit: blueberries sliced pineapple oranges kiwi peaches apples bananas halved strawberries or seedless grapes (about 3 c.) In large mixing bowl, beat margarine on medium speed of an electric mixer until softened. Beat in powdered sugar. Slowly beat in flour until well combined. Spread or pat the dough into the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake in 325° oven for about 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar (1/4 cup), vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy. Spread over cooled crust.

In small saucepan, combine juice, cornstarch and the remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add Jell-O. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Top pizza with desired fruit. Spoon glaze over fruit. Refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
