Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- pecans, chopped finely - 1 c
How to make blueberry crunch:
Mix the first 3 ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Add pie filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
