Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 1
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- lemon extract - 2 tsp
- blueberries fresh or frozen - 1 c
- Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix - 1 pkg
- When well blended, fold in berries and pecans
How to make blueberry cream cheese pound cake:
Mix all ingredients with mixer, except pecans and blueberries. When well blended, fold in berries and pecans. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 325° or until tests done.
