  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 1
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • lemon extract - 2 tsp
  • blueberries fresh or frozen - 1 c
  • Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix - 1 pkg
  • When well blended, fold in berries and pecans

How to make blueberry cream cheese pound cake:

Mix all ingredients with mixer, except pecans and blueberries. When well blended, fold in berries and pecans. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 325° or until tests done. Cool and spread with glaze. Garnish with blueberries.Glaze:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. vanilla
