- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- blueberries - 2 c
- beaten egg whites - 2 item
How to make blueberry cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add alternately to batter with 1 cup milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fold in blueberries. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
