  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • coconut
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1 c
  • blueberries - 2 c
  • soft margarine

How to make blueberry cake:

Topping:2 Tbsp. soft margarine3/4 c. sugar1 egg1 1/2 c. coconut Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients with milk and vanilla into creamed mixture. Add berries last, mixing gently. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Cream topping ingredients and spread over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
