Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- blueberries - 3 c
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
- softened margarine - 1/2 c
- Stir in milk
How to make blueberry buckle coffee cake:
Mix together sugar, margarine and eggs. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into batter. Mix well. Carefully blend in blueberries. Spread batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.Topping:1 c. sugar2/3 c. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. soft margarine Blend ingredients together in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over top of batter.
