  • sour cream - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp

How to make cream cheese coffee cake:

Streusel Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. flour6 Tbsp. margarine, softened Cake:3 c. flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. margarine, softened2 eggs1 c. sour cream1 c. sugar Mix well all filling ingredients in a small bowl.

Mix together Streusel Topping.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cream together sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Add to flour mixture with sour cream. Beat until smooth. Pour half the batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Spoon filling evenly over top. Spoon over remaining batter (batter will be thick to spread). Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
