Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour all-purpose - 3 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- blueberries - 4 c
- flour - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
How to make blueberry buckle:
Topping:1 c. sugar2/3 c. flour2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. soft margarine Bake at 375° for 50 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sugar, soft margarine, eggs and milk. Then mix flour, baking powder and salt. Sift and coat blueberries with flour (to prevent blueberries from sinking to bottom). Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. Mix well, then stir in blueberries.
