Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- frozen pie crusts - 1 pkg
- sliced tart apples 4 to 5 - 4 c
How to make blue ribbon apple pie:
Pare apples. Slice thin. Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt. Mix with apples. Place in bottom crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and crimp to seal. Cut several slits into top.
