  • sour cream - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 pt
  • black pepper - 3 tsp
  • Blue cheese
  • spring onions, chopped fine - 3 tsp

How to make blue cheese dressing:

Crumble cheese. Blend with mayonnaise. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion and pepper. Do not beat. Add sour cream and buttermilk. Stir and blend. Keep refrigerated. Makes 1 quart.
