Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottoms:
Part 2:1 1/2 c. flour1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 c. water1/3 c. oil1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. vinegar Beat well Part I ingredients, except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips and set aside this bowl.Sift together Part 2 dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Beat well. Fill mini cupcake liners with Part 2 mixture, then drop 1/2 teaspoon first mixture on top of each. Bake in small muffin tins at 350° for about 20 minutes.
