Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 2/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mini chocolate chips - 6 oz
How to make black bottoms:
Add cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and chocolate chips. Set aside. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, cooking oil, water, vinegar and vanilla; beat well.Fill cupcake liners (very small ones) with second mixture (fill about halfway), then drop approximately 1/2 teaspoon of first mixture on top of each. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.
