Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix until blended. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. Combine softened cheese, egg and sugar until fluffy. Drop a large spoonful on top of each cupcake. Add about 10 chocolate chips to each. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes about 20.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
