  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • xxx sugar - 2 c
  • Mix by hand
  • can crushed pineapple pineapple juice, too - 1 oz

How to make pineapple cream cake:

Add all together in bowl. Mix by hand. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Cream Cheese Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 c. xxx sugar vanilla
