Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Have cream cheese at room temperature. Blend the cheese, egg, sugar and salt in bowl; fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients; mix well. Add the vanilla, salt, water, oil and vinegar; blend thoroughly. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full with batter, then drop 1 heaping tablespoonful cream cheese mixture into center of each. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 18.
