Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 tsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Cream first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Add chocolate chips. Set aside. Mix the next 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate mix. Place a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese on top of each batter. Bake in oiled and floured cupcake tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Makes 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
