Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High
- softened butter - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- mini morsels - 3/4 c
How to make black and white cheesecake brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and salt, then add melted chocolate and flour; mix well. Spread into foil lined 9-inch square pan.Cheesecake Topping:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. softened butter2 eggs2 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. almond extract3/4 c. mini morsels In large bowl, cream together cream cheese, sugar and butter. Add eggs, milk, flour and extract, beating well. Stir in 3/4 cup chips. Pour over brownie layer. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
