Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
- Topping:4 eggs
How to make lemon bars:
Topping:4 eggs2 c. granulated sugar4 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. salt6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Beat topping ingredients with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Loosen edges while warm. Cut into small squares when cool. Keep in refrigerator.Note: These bars will freeze well.
