  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • peach brandy optional - 2 Tbsp

How to make bishop bread:

Mix 1/4 cup flour with dates and nuts. Mix all together and bake in loaf pan at 325° for 1 hour. This is good sliced with cream cheese between slices. Cut into finger slices.
