Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- chopped dates - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 1 c
- peach brandy optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make bishop bread:
Mix 1/4 cup flour with dates and nuts. Mix all together and bake in loaf pan at 325° for 1 hour. This is good sliced with cream cheese between slices. Cut into finger slices.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Quick breads.
