Biscuit-topped stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- can French fried onions - 1 1/2
- can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- can refrigerated biscuits - 1 oz
How to make biscuit-topped stroganoff:
Brown beef. Combine beef, mushrooms and all but 1/2 cup onions in casserole dish. Heat soup until bubbly in saucepan and add 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour over meat mixture. Separate biscuits into 20 halves. Place cut side down on casserole. In a smaRecipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
