Stack-a-roll stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- can refrigerated biscuits - 1 item
- can mushroom pieces - 1 oz
- can French fried onions reserve 1/2 c - 1 1/2
How to make stack-a-roll stroganoff:
Topping:1/2 c. sour cream1 tsp. celery seed1 egg1/2 tsp. salt Topping: Blend all ingredients.Brown ground beef. Add mushrooms, onions and soup. Bring to a boil. Cut each biscuit in half, forming 20 half circles. Place hot meat mixture in casserole; stir in sour cream. Put biscuits, cut side down, in a circle around the edge. Sprinkle reserved onions between biscuits. Pour topping over biscuits. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
