Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make biscuit balls:
Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients to a soft dough. Drop by teaspoon into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 1 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Rolls/biscuits.
