Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- raisins - 1 c
- butter, melted - 8 Tbsp
- loaf stale French bread, crumbled - 1 (10
- Mixture should be very moist but not soupy
- muscadine juice or your favorite juice - 1/2 c
How to make bread pudding:
Combine all ingredients. Mixture should be very moist but not soupy. Pour into buttered 9 x 12-inch or larger baking dish. Place into non-preheated oven.
