Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- salsa or picante sauce - 1 c
- flour or corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces - 8 item
How to make beef taco skillet:
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 cup of cheese. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
