Inside out ravioli
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms - 1 1/2
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
- clove garlic, minced or garlic powder or garlic salt - 1 item
How to make inside out ravioli:
Brown first 3 ingredients in oil. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain spinach and set aside. Reserve liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients into meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce and little more shredded cheese, if desired. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
