Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms - 6 oz
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- round steak - 2 lb
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut steak in bite size pieces. Brown in small amount of fat as needed. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling. Blend flour into sour cream. Add to hot mix and cook until sauce thickens. Serve over noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
