Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can condensed beef bouillon - 1 oz
- can mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- beef round, cubed
How to make beef stroganoff:
In skillet, saute beef cubes, onion and butter until meat is brown. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 1 hour until meat is tender. Add mushrooms, sour cream and flour to meat mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until sauce is thickened. Meanwhile, cook noodles; drain.
