Easy stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sliced mushrooms - 3/4 c
- cubed beef round
- condensed beef bouillon
How to make easy stroganoff:
Cook oil, beef and onion until onion is tender. Drain off excess fat. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms with liquid. Combine sour cream and flour; blend into meat mixture. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Serve over hot noodles.
